Occupancy: No unregistered guests ($100 per night, per person)

Events: Unauthorized events subject to a $2,000 fee and immediate eviction

Pool Safety: No glass in the pool area ($1,000 cleanup/drain fee). Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Cleanliness: No smoking inside ($750 ozone fee). No glitter or dyes ($500+ fine)
