Vacation is even better with delicious BBQ food, and we’ve got you covered with the patio’s gas grill. After dinner, snag the best view in the house from the relaxing hot tub.

Enjoy fun in the sun in the home’s private pool, a great spot for guests of all ages to splash around. The enclosed pool deck offers ample space for family or corporate events. Relax on a sun lounger with a book, or simply take in the soothing sounds of the ocean.

This gorgeous oceanfront home also has an exclusive cabana next to the pool. If it’s a particularly hot day, take a break from the sun and grab a refreshing drink.

If you’re going to do a beach vacation, do it right: the Fitzgerald benefits from a private boardwalk that leads directly onto the beach. No need to drive somewhere else and search for a parking spot; here you can walk straight onto the sand. You’ll be enjoying a swim or peaceful walk while others are still circling the parking lots.

Speaking of parking, the Fitzgerald offers ample spots on site; the driveway will comfortably accommodate everyone in your party. If you need help to drive to the house, this services is also available. Please inquire.

Adjacent to the game room, you’ll find the high-end theater room, with seating for 23 people, surround sound, and a big screen. Whether it’s Movie Night or time for a corporate presentation, you’ll get an experience like no other.

Relax in the cozy family room, which opens out onto the spacious deck. There’s plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, so it’s a great space to enjoy a good book or movie. The laundry room is also on this floor.

LEVEL 3

The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area create the ideal atmosphere for large groups.

Enjoy the great room’s relaxed ambience, complete with matching sofas and a cozy fireplace. The large windows offer ocean views and plenty of natural light.

The home’s 9 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms are clean, comfortable spaces to prep for the day or freshen up. The full bathrooms have bath/shower combos and plenty of storage.

☆☆ GETTING TO THE HOUSE ☆☆
To ensure a smooth arrival, an all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle with at least 7.5 inches of ground clearance is required!! A tow from the sand is $400 and a lot of precious vacation time, so trust us and don’t try the drive in a 2WD vehicle!

Generally guests do one of 3 things to reach the house:
1: Drive a personnel or rental 4x4 vehicle. (We’re happy to recommend local rentals that allow beach driving. It’s recommended to stop at our satellite parking to reduce tire pressure approximately 10-15 pounds, before driving on to the sand. Usually, it is an easier drive during low tide, and when it is not extremely hot.
2: Guests without a 4x4 are able to park overnight at our satellite parking (1142 Ocean Trail Rd.) and then can be picked up by other members of their group that do have 4x4s.
3. Guests take advantage of the third-party shuttle service that costs roughly $250 - $300 for one side of the journey, and can accommodate up to twelve people at once!

★☆OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ☆★
- The property only rents weekly during the busy season, please contact us (outerbankbeachhomes) for off season minimums.
- This reservation is totally non-refundable irrespective of the channel policies you booked at. We do not provide refunds if, for example, one or few people in your party have COVID. We have Instant bookings on, but reservations are confirmed 24-48 hours after booking to make sure all details can be worked out.
- Cleaning fees doesn't include linens and trash charges - approximately additional $750.
- Event fees for when outside vendors are involved (weddings, corporate events, etc.) start at $5,500, please contact us to customize your stay.
- Pool is open from Memorial Day to the end of September. Pool heat is available in shoulder seasons for an additional fee. For off season pool requests, please let us know as it requires additional fees, and is weather dependent.
- Property is only accessible by a beach side sand 4x4 road, you will need a 4x4 vehicle to reach the house without getting stuck!!! We have parking available 3 miles away from the home for those who do not have a 4x4, and 4x4 rental and shuttle companies are available.
